Horrible Service and Pricing HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it took hours to get a return call on questions about installing a new water heater. The original person I talked to seemed like she was clueless and she was borderline rude. I believe she stated her name was Jean or something similar. I can't understand why any business owner would want that type of person answering their phones. Seems like they want the trip fee only They wouldn't give an estimate on the phone and the service fee is minimal, but their rate for our job was 3x what we ended up paying. I was in shock and said no thank you.

cold water for 6 days We were very impressed with the initial contact at the show room. Delivery was set up for between 8 and 10 on 10/26.No one was here by 10:30 am called and they were on their way to the warehouse to pick it up, but when they arrived there it was not on the dock etc, etc. They ended upcoming near 12 noon, only to find out that neither heater they had would work, we ordered another one and it was to be in in 3 weeks. Awesome, competent and quick! I had Terry Overacker Plumbing to my house for a few things. I had a bathroom sink clog, basement drain clog; water softener wasn’t working and decided it was time to call the professionals. Terry Overacker Plumbing did an awesome job! They were on time & clean! I trusted their service and their expertise! They are definitely worth the money and I will definitely be calling them again! They are my #1 plumber!

A very professional team Overacker Plumbing has remodeled two bathrooms in our home and has consistently gone beyond expectations. Great attention to details, and unbelievely clean and tidy in the work spaces. A nice feature is that they were general contractors, bringing in other craftsmen, i.e. mirror, tile, painters, etc. of high quality and who were accountable to Overacker Plumbing.
