I have been dealt with Royal ford for about 7 years at this time and have now purchased 2 trucks while having maintenance completed weekly on 7 fleet trucks that I am responsible for as well as my wife's explorer we purchased elsewhere. As with any business and personal relationship with a dealer and multiple vehicles we have had our issues, but they are solved and corrected immediately I have never had them charge me extra or put my vehicles on the bottom of a priority list ever.
