Noone ever answers the phone.
I left them last month and they tried to send me a bill anyway. They left no notes on the account stating I cancelled the policy but in an attempt to be a smart aleck they texted me sorry to see you go. Thank God progressive sends out notices to old companies when you leave. I don't like when people try to double talk me about my money and I wouldn't recommend state farm to an enemy.
