Program really worked. While I still have a long journey to health weight this program gave me the kickstart I needed to believe I could make the changes needed. In 6 weeks I lost just over 50lbs and am fitting in cloths that I haven't been able to wear for like 4+ years. Dr. Gibson is great and helps by providing positive encouragement.
