I would like to post this review about Birdeye for their shady behavior of sending me a email stating I received a 2 star review simply stating "Not answering" and when trying to defend myself and respond, they try and make you sign up. I work hard for my reviews and have a pretty outstanding record. This is unethical and just wrong!
Terry Lynn is very much dedicated and devoted to caring for pets - her own and yours! She scheduled a meet and greet with us for all 3 of our dogs, providing a sense of relief in leaving them overnight. She has soothing music playing at all times and easy access to the secured yard. Terry Lynn was kind enough to send us pictures and reassurance throughout the pups' entire stay. She is kind, professional, and a genuine animal lover.
