Service Department is horrible. Took my Honda in for an airbag recall and my radio was damaged in the process. They refuse to fix it. Not sure why they are being so unprofessional about this. The radio has worked perfectly the 10 yrs I've owned my car. They opened up the steering wheel and front dashboard and now my lights on my radio flicker on and off....you tell me. Just contacted Honda headquarters because I'm tired of arguing the matter. I've bought cars from them and really liked my sales reps, but service stinks!
Worse experience ever! I bought a car from them not even a week later the check engine light came on they said the oil was just changed when I checked it it was over due. They told me they would have a part on in inside that was missing ordered and ship to my house after a month or so I contacted them about it and they were going to send another our still haven't seen anything. Will never go to any Terri Lee dealership again
