fast friendly affordable we drove 7.5 hours and bought the car
When we set the appointment to see a vehicle advertised for $21,140, the person said, you are coming to see the $21,140 Trax. Did not say that over $4,000 was added for dealer add-ons even though she knew we were driving over 2 hours to get there. The fine print did show the doc prep fee of $749 and said and said the price did not include that or other dealer add-ons. Did not expect over $4,000 in add-ons on that low priced vehicle. I got pre-approved for financing, committed to buy the vehicle, offered to put a down payment on it over the phone until I could get there on my next day off during thier business hours and they sold the vehicle to someone else.Had I not called ahead on the day of my appointment I would have driven 1 1/2 hours to find this out.
Advertised a price that was not accurate by not including options already installed on vehicle. Actual price was $6667 more than advertised price

Pricing is very misleading. Quote came back $7k north of listed price. Seller was asked if the listed price was accurate or contingent on the potential buyer qualifying for all applicable incentives. It’s probably just my experience but post the actual price rather than waste the consumers time.
Called prior to driving 2 hours to the dealership to verify that the truck was available. I got there and the truck wasn't there, so they proceeded to try and up sale me from the budget that I was at. Wasted half my day on this dealership and later checked their reviews only to find that they frequently do the bait and switch on people. Bad selling tactics and very misleading dealership!! I advise look elsewhere at someone who is more honest with you!!
Very pleasant experience! From start to finish I would give them an A+ I would definitely recommend this dealership and our salesperson Cody.
