The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
