One of the front desk receptionist (Heather) I believe is her name is beyond rude every time I arrive for an appointment. She is so unpleasant and acts as if it is a honor to be helped by her. Other than her poor customer service skills the doctors are great.
Staff is beyond rude
I have been seeing Dr. McCaskill for about 10 years. She has performed 2 surgeries on me. You could not hope for a more knowledgeable and skilled doctor.
The worst doctor I have never seen.I was referred to her from my doctor for a bartholin. Cyst a very painful one I have had 20 or so if life and wanted a great doctor to help. They got me in pretty quick. Then I got there and waited over an hour to see a nurse practitioner who said I cant do this without the doctor. Ok come back later. Ok then I get a phone call from the nurse explaining that if I need pain killers I wont get any this procedure isent painful. I was a patient of Dr. McCaskills for years and thought I was receiving adequate care, boy was I mistaken. I was having symptoms due to my endometriosis and was told they were in my head but I could get Lupron injections to help. After receiving Lupron for a couple months I started getting worse symptoms. I had several appointments explaining my symptoms and was told that it had nothing to do with the injections.
