I went to Dr. Fall for refitting of RGP contacts that I have to wear for a serious eye disease. My previous eye doctor had a great Physician's Asst. that for years, successfully managed my eye care with custom contacts from an out of state vendor. When that PA's physician passed away, I was referred to this optometrist and I was very disappointed. He would not listen to me or the deceased doctor's retired PA (that I had speak to Dr. Fall during my exam), that my eye disease required custom contacts. Dr. Fall refused to liste... read more
I have seen Dr. Fall for many years. I missed my appointment (first time ever) and had to see someone else. Never again. Dr Fall is the only one who has ever gotten my prescription perfect. He is super nice and he is great with my kids as well.
I have seen Dr. Fall for regular eye exams and in an emergency situation (feared retina detachment). Dr. Fall is ALWAYS very thorough and takes his time to explain what is going on with my eyes....dealing with rather large floaters, etc.
Disrespectful! I was given the wrong prescription! I called 3 times to ask if it was right. 3 different people said it was what Dr Fall wanted me to have. I ordered the glasses and insisted on a follow up and Dr Fall told me I SHOULDN’T HAVE ORDERED THE GLASSES! He blamed the technician the receptionist and ME for his mistake!
