Terry no longer uses this realty, he is now at eXp Realty of California, but avoid him at all costs. Terry Kelly was the agent AND owner on a home we purchased from him. We noticed a leak on the walk though in the ceiling and pointed it out to him. He said he would get it fixed, but 5 days later when we were getting ready to move in, we found out he still hadn't had anyone out and the leak was worse.
