As a realtor trying to purchase items online, this person is not professional and rude. He tried repeatedly trying to haggle prices with my business even though my ad mentioned “no negotiations” and “price is firm”. He asked for warranty and receipts when I lowered the item price. Then repeated to try and lower it further. I was fed up and decided I’d sell elsewhere and he got upset. Someone like this won’t get you to buy or sell your house for the best rates.
