I tried to make an appointment but I was railroaded and sent to another random office to confirm they took my insurance. Even after it was confirmed the woman requested I “text” her my information so she could confirm it with my insurance. It didn’t feel like that was professional so I decided to decline services period. I opted for someone else who treated me with Grace from the phone call.
