Terrible communication. Trying to rent a property, didn’t hear from either Terry, or assistant for weeks. Finally was able to get a brief showing of property(was about 2 minutes, and Terry was 20 minutes late, no phone call or anything). He did say his assistant quite on him. (Which makes sense, I wouldn’t want to work for him either). Reached out numerous times a week later after showing via office phone number, cell phone, and property listing on Facebook. Very unprofessional, unethical, and communication sucks. Offer was written, zero acknowledgment of the offer for three days from either him nor his two assistants until the third day all of a sudden with the property being on the market for 89 days, there's now a competing offer. I don't feel this realtor is ethical at all and would never trust him. Offer pulled and will never do another offer with this realtor.

Terry has been extremely helpful with all aspects of my recent move from helping to prepare my home for showings to connecting me with wonderful Remax agents in the area where I recently moved long distance to. He and Eric did whatever they could to help this experience go as smoothly as possible. They were amazing!!!
