The buying process was good. Andy did a great job. I drove 90 miles to buy the truck. The next day I heard a noise from the front driver side tire. Took it to a shop and found out all of the lug nuts were loose in that tire as well as loose lug nuts on other tires as well. The brakes were replaced at the dealership prior to my purchase. So the tech didn’t torque the lug nuts properly after he finished the work. Sent an email via car guru on Sunday and was contacted via text to make an appointment to test drive. My daughter test drove Monday and I was approved for financing. Vehicle was delivered to me on Tuesday. Matt was an amazing guy to work with!!!
