Great communication and customer service. Arrived at the booked time. Fixed the problem. Friendly professional service. Couldn't ask for more. Would have no hesitation to use their services again.
This company carried out basic painting and mastic work on our outside windows at a cost of £900. A week after the work, I had to request the mastic work to be re-done as it was full of cracks. 18 months later it has completely crumbled & obviously been deteriorating over this period. After ignoring my 1st email, this company are taking no responsibility as it is 6 months outwith their warranty. Derek and the roofing team did an excellent job of removing, realigning, replacing new clips and cleaning the cast iron guttering. They also painted the guttering, down pipes and all exterior wood. They arrived on time and were extremely respectful and pleasant. Thank you Terry Healy Group roofers
