Mr Franks was very punctual and thorough. Did a great job! Definitely found things that I would not have found. Even my builder’s foreman complimented his work.

Terry Franks was the perfect choice! As a first time home buyer, I was so uncertain about everything. He took the time to show me several issues in person during the inspection, so I would understand what I saw when I got the official report. He even explained some items that I could easily fix myself, instead of paying someone to do it! He was happy to answer my many questions, and was very thorough.
