I've been going to see Dr. Beshay at Terry Fox Medical since they first opened in 2007. After almost two decades, I can confidently say he is the best in the business. He is so easy to talk to and has an amazing ability to understand his patients' needs immediately. He's a wonderful human being who always provides clear guidance and genuine support. We need more doctors like him!
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Shady Bishay. He is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly felt cared for and supported. I love the doctor shady! He's amazing but the receptionist (Indian one) is so arrogant and irresponsible. I filled the form clearly with my mom's name as she was visiting first time, still the receptionist wrote the wrong name in her records. Which had caused us trouble getting things matched with other test results. Whenever i visit the clinic, she never greets you or totally ignores patients. I always see her talking on the phone. No offence but She shouldn't be working here!
