I love the doctor shady! He's amazing but the receptionist (Indian one) is so arrogant and irresponsible. I filled the form clearly with my mom's name as she was visiting first time, still the receptionist wrote the wrong name in her records. Which had caused us trouble getting things matched with other test results. Whenever i visit the clinic, she never greets you or totally ignores patients. I always see her talking on the phone. No offence but She shouldn't be working here!
The level of rudeness the receptionist has, I called in to ask about walk in hours - and she said I don’t know you can come in and find out what is the purpose of my call??? I went in cause I have a sore throat and hoping to see a doctor for antibiotics. I went inside, and I say hello and she looks at me ignores me and a minute later she points with her hand to go to the other receptionist. I immediately say you are so rude and walk out! there are a number of walk in clinics in the area. No wonder the reviews are terrible. D... read more
It’s 1:45 on a Saturday afternoon, the walk in is open and has an open sign in on - the timing on the website shows open till 3pm, the reception refused to allow me to see the doctor - which is completely fine. Looks like this clinic only hires arrogant receptionists - Kavita was absolutely nasty and spoke very demeaningly to me and the other patients who came into the clinic.
Sakshee (front desk Receptionist) is very kind and friendly however she works on Fridays only. Definitely recommended
We only visit doctor clinic as always less busy however super rude front desk receptionist no greeting or smile at all even no reply on your greetings. Not recommended (Doctor are fine and pharmacy ladies are super good )
