I would strongly not recommend wasting your time booking an appointment with Dr. Chin’s clinic. My experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. This clinic does not seem to understand the basic meaning of an appointment or respect the valuable time of their patients. I have been going to this clinic for the past 5 years as a walk-in patient and have always seen Dr. Attia. Dr.attia was such a kind helpful person. Came in with an ingrown and was seen by her in less than 2 minutes she was extremely welcoming and friendly to talk to and gave me some advice to help prevent any ingrown and provided me with antibiotics and crème and suggested some at home care. You can tell she really cares about her patients and is very attentive. 10/10 would come back!!
Great clinic, front desk staff is friendly and Doctors are exceptionally knowledgeable. All the customers who complain, two words for them, be polite and be Canadian!
Very disappointing experience. My daughter’s appointment with the orthopedic doctor was scheduled for 8:30 a.m., and we arrived on time. After waiting for 30 minutes, another patient was seen first, and we were then expected to wait an additional 30 minutes. When I spoke to the front desk, there was no explanation or apology. I also noticed that my daughter’s appointment had somehow been changed to 9:30 a.m. (exposed screen) without any notification or explanation.
