Horrible experience with Dr. Jennifer Engle and her entire staff. The Dr. gave me the wrong prescriptions twice, no apologies, nothing. Her staff never calls to follow up after your appointment to make sure that you are doing well with your prescription. The first time they never even called me to tell me that my glasses were ready for pick-up, I had to call them. Also, they make you wait 2-3 weeks to get your glasses. Daniel-Engle Family Eye Care is such an awesome, professional group of people. I have been wearing glasses my entire life and have seen quite a few Optometrists and Ophthalmologists and Dr Jon Engle is simply the best! I recently started seeing Dr Jon for an emergency situation. He got me into his office same day, prescribed some medication and got me into a Retina Specialist the very next day. I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Engle’s practice for over 40 years. When Dr. Terry retired I switched to Dr. Jen. I have special issues with my eyes and I 100% trust I am getting the best care in the area. They treat me like family and are very accommodating if I need to change an appointment. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in search of an optomotrist. They also have Saturday hours. 5 out of 5!!!
This is not my normal eye doctor but on a Saturday morning when I needed help (I scraped my cornea)- they got me in right away and gave me a prescription. They were so kind and helpful and I cannot express enough gratitude for how they helped me. GREAT PLACE!
