This office is truly 5 STAR. Melissa makes sure that your experience as a client is an excellent one. I don't think I have ever experienced this quality of insurance service. I now have all cars, homes, and health insurance with Terry B and his awesome team!!
I have had insurance with them for many years. Terry and his assistant Melissa are amazing to work with. I have had 1 accident and a few years back my vehicle was stolen. Fortunately it was found but was pretty banged up. They were quick to get my vehicle fixed and back to me meanwhile I was in a rental for awhile and they helped me with that. Thank you Terry and Melissa!
We have been working with Melissa Binggeli, and she has been amazing from the start! This is our first home and we had very little knowledge about how things worked, but she helped answer everything! We appreciate her hard work!
A medical situation has had us to make adjustments to our car policy and we had no idea what or how it could be done but Melissa B. with West Haven knew exactly what to do and had things under control with a timely solution.
