We had a nice experience when planning for our carpet installation, thanks to Junior and the team. Junior was very knowledgeable regarding the various options we had; he handled a complex situation and resolved a misunderstanding, making sure that we were comfortable with the decision to go ahead. We were offered a competitive price compared to other businesses, and would be willing to go with Carpet Court for future carpeting at our home.
Booked a measure and quote online, they didnt bother to attend nor give a phone call to advise, wasted half day waiting for them.
Highly recommend! From Josh the salesperson to the Manager Allison and the excellent installation team of Stuart & Jesse, the process was easy. They delivered excellent value & outstanding results. The installation team really stood out for their attention to detail, care in moving furniture and beautifully laid carpet. We are very happy and can highly recommend Carpet Court.
