Highly recommend! From Josh the salesperson to the Manager Allison and the excellent installation team of Stuart & Jesse, the process was easy. They delivered excellent value & outstanding results. The installation team really stood out for their attention to detail, care in moving furniture and beautifully laid carpet. We are very happy and can highly recommend Carpet Court.
Disgusting customer service! We had our entire house fitted with flooring, and have had issues with gaps and buckling. ‘Carpet court’ formally ‘Floorworld’ have washed their hands of any responsibility in rectifying the problem despite numerous calls, emails and texts. I would highly recommend staying well clear of this business as you will get the run around should you encounter issues.
Failed to respond to two written enquiries, so I went with someone else. Presumably they only wanted big jobs.
A big thank you to Terry Bros Carpet Court for our lovely new carpet and great service. Janna was so helpful in providing me with may samples to take home and try in my house. Measurement and quote were provided quickly and Glen and Mark did a great job in installing it with a minimum of fuss and mess. The new carpet looks fantastic and is so soft to walk on.
Helpful, friendly, professional, transparent with costs. From the showroom to installation, couldn’t fault them. Wish I’d gone with them a couple of years ago when I had other flooring installed! Live and learn…
