I ordered a bunch of different items around Thanksgiving, received them early December, and returned quite a few items shortly after. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing of the return. When I contacted customer service via email I never received any correspondence back just the auto generated email about the returns. After two more weeks the return still wasn't processed to my credit card. Contacted them again. Same thing no correspondence either way but when I look at my account it's now processed. I am looking to see if Terry Bicycles responded to my post to rectify the issues I am having with my saddle but I don't see my post nor have they made any attempts to reach me. Very poor customer service.
Terry! Your 'Late Summer 2016' bike and sportware are the best I have ever seen in one place! Kudos on a collection where I could see myself wearing almost everything in this season. Just the right amount of color, quirk, panache and style. And, pockets! Well done.
I have always wanted to like Terry, but they put fashion over function and they sell clothes in unsafe colors for riding, shorts with skirts that get in the way when you ride, and they don't offer enough clothing to protect from the sun. Overall, Terry is a joke.
So exited about my breakaway mesh jersey I ordered another one. It's the best fitting jersey I own- I'm a size 1x, and I have had many jerseys!!
