I was initially appalled by their poor choice of phrasing in an email promo on Good Friday. But when I let them know that it was offensive to Christians, they were very nice and apologetic. All is well. And I love the padded bike seat!
Purchased shorts and jerseys to ride from VA to IL; had an issue with one of the touring shorts and had prompt service and I requested a credit to purchase different shorts (those were great!).
I love the Soleil long sleeve tops - all different styles! Hoodies, the flow, with or without pockets .. They are lightweight (feel like I’m cruising around naked), colorful, comfy and protects my skin. I recommend them to all my friends - for biking, hiking, traveling, living!
I adore Terry cycling clothes, especially the pants and shorts made for long distance. They fit well and hold up to a lot of abuse. In February, I bought a Terry Butterfly century saddle for my bike, and it is fantastic!! I rode more than 120 miles in a day last weekend comfortably and without a single saddle sore! It is night and day in comparison to my previous saddle.
Super fun clothing and amazing customer service.
