I hired Terry after my 3 month exclusive with my first broker expired. I didn't get a single offer with the first broker. Terry sold my house in less than 30 days! She listed it on multiple websites which obviously got more circulation. She always responded promptly every time I emailed, called or texted her. She was there every step of the way thru the entire purchase process. I can't recommend her highly enough!!
Terry went above and beyond handling the sale of my mother-in-law's condo. This was not a large transaction by any means, but Terry treated it as if it was.
