Absolutely useless. Did not provide what we requested. Got verbally defensive when I called to check in on an email sent 14 hours prior following up on requesting a viewing of a house through the website. I understand busy but to chirp that he doesn't check his emails every 5 minutes says more about how you when treating clients like dirt.
