My experience was relatively comfortable and quick. If you have questions, I would suggest being politely pushy, as the doctor is busy and will explain only the basic parts of a procedure unless you ask for more. (But that's very usual for most good doctors!) (e.g., I was advised to use an Epsom salt foot soak but not instructed on how much salt to use. i brought my mother to doctor freiberg. we were very pleased at the attention she received. the office staff is especially friendly and accommodating. dr freiberg did and excellent job with her foot complaints and i would recommend anyone to consider his office first especially if you have ingrown toenails issue. very satisfied.
