Omg.. Worst situation ever!!z Terros 23rd location in Phoenix Arizona Has proven they don't care about their clients. We have been playing phone tag with them for over 3 months! My daughter needs services besides refills on hsr meds and no one responds! We had tried to call her caseworker for 3 months nothing. It would go to the animated machine message with not even a ring. I wouldn't go there, but I have too. The receptionist was so rude to me, when I first got there, and talked to me like I had a plage. The supervisor was using the excuse that her employee was following the social distancing. But to talk to someone first thing and not knowing my eye condition is appalling.
worthless place Jacob Johnson does not return calls. They won't fax info. Even when place that needs fax of treatment completed. Going to let Joe know.
I wouldn't recommend Terros Health at all. Case Manager never leaves a message on my Voice Mail, Haven't seen the Psychiatrist and Case Manager for long periods of time. Case Manager never or hardly comes for home visit either. 😨😰🤒
