Good luck getting ahold of anyone. Instead of being on hold they have you leave a message, which you'll be lucky if they ever return. This place doesn't help people and is only in it for the money. I have had dealings before but they have only gotten worse. This should never be the default SMI clinic.

Worst place ever do not come here rude they mess with your appointments they don’t answer the phones if they do u will get hung up on they lie
The case management team is horrible I never knew or met a case manager it’s been three months and a half i called complained had anger to the point I wanted to punch somebody at this place because they do not check on all CLIENTS ESPECIALLY ME HAVE ZERO RECORD OF CONTACT UNTIL I COMPLAINED, I HAVE SO MUCH GOING ON IN LIFE ANYONE WOULD LOSE THEIR MIND WITH NO OUTLETS THE THERAPY HERE IS SUPER INADEQUATE ITS ONE ACTUALLY LICENSED TRAUMA THERAPIST WHOS NEVER AVAILABLE THEN BECKY WHO I BELIEVE IS IN SCHOOL AND ACTUALLY NOT BAD ... read more
