In my opinion one of the worst clinics to go to they always changing up case managers and stuff. And most recently there is a case manager there by the name of Louis who is a family members of mine that is lying to others family members that they have been in the hospital and says that they have been trying to reach out but that is not true
I have been a patient here for 8 years they are the worst clinic i have been to in years.I always get changed Case Managers they don't tell me when i get changed Case Managers also they do not check up on there patients.It has been a while now since i have had a home visit ,if they see that there patient is SMI and have not come in to the office in awhile it's their responsibility to call or check up on them and i get nothing.I have been waiting for 2 days now currently to get my medical release forms sent to me via email an... read more
Noone liston so thus is an Official Post. This place should be Shut down. And hire people that do there Job. I have been a Particapint for 8 month . I have scheduled 12 Appontment . I missed Three . They have not been on tume for 7 Appoinment . Making me wait from 35 min up toI 3 hr . I have one Question . How do i becpme my own payiee . I get no answer. I get no leads.
