Well where to start, if your team is in desperate need of counseling don’t go here it’s at least three months to get an appointment by then they may have taken extreme actions. When they do get into a counselor for example Casey who has only been graduated from school for a few months and it’s in his first year of counseling this is who they get to see. I've had terrible experiences with this company in the past for my self, but when my son's physician referred me to this company I was open minded. I called to reschedule an appointment and was met with an extremely rude staff member which reminded me of the same experiences I have had in the past. I'm sure not all of the staff is like this, but having past negative experiences and being met with rude staff members this time only reassured me of my conservations about this company.

Switched my therapists twice in less than a year. Groups are terrible. Not consistent and most of their highly trained therapists have left or transferred.
