Good riddance!
Much like others mentioned, this place needs service staff that know what they are doing. Sadly a lot either don't speak English or simply don't know anything. No suggestions on drinks, clueless about the wine, and just seem to be walking around not doing much. We ordered a round of drinks and it turns out they were out of the wine we wanted, so we asked what they had, she said she didn't know. It's was like asking someone off the street. Quite hilarious how this place is open. Nevermind.
