I received help from an agent named Nick. He was so efficient, excellent, and knowledgeable. I had been trying to get car insurance with another agency and they were so slow and lacked understanding of the procedures. Nick emailed me and promised he'd get it all done in 15 minutes. It took him 13 minutes (lol) AND at an affordable rate! I'm really grateful for his service and I'm glad to be a new member of State Farm!
