This isn't the first time we've worked with Sharee Killpack, and there's a reason we keep coming back! She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. From start to finish, she made the entire home-buying process feel smooth and stress-free. Sharee said she’d help me find my dream house. I laughed, because it didn’t seem possible—especially with the “obstacle” of selling our old house first. But she sold it, then went out and showed me every house in the valley, and now our family is living in our dream home. You could hire someone else, but I wouldn’t. Sharee never lost her patience. She stayed helpful and determined, even when the process felt discouraging.

Sharee is professional, generous, and kind in her interactions. Her knowledge and connections are amazing! She has helped friends of mine find and sell homes, as well as volunteer in our community. Her summer concerts in the park add so much to our town and make it an even better place to live.

My wife and I worked with Sharee when selling our home, she was our buyers agent. We appreciated her warm & optimistic personality. She was easy to work with, professional and top of every detail. Do not hesitate to use her with your real estate needs.

Sharee Killpack was wonderful to work with. She was super knowledgeable and efficient. She listened to our needs and worked hard to find just the right property for us. She made the offer process and closing process very easy and efficient. I would highly recommend her if you’re in the market for a new property or have plans to sell.
