I had a wonderful experience with Jenna! She gave me a fresh cut, touched up my color and left me feeling like a brand new woman! What’s even better is her sweet personality and the conversation we had throughout my services. She was nothing but respectful and appropriate. I’ve already started recommending her to everyone I know!
I don't think that last review is real! I have been to Jenna and she was positively amazing! She did a fantastic job on my hair. I was very self conscious when I went in and the style and cut she gave me was really flattering and gave me a real boost! Her demeanor is calming and sweet and she really put me at ease!
I've never had a bad experience here; all of the ladies are so kind and respectful, and I always love my hair! Highly recommend to anyone searching for a new hair place!
I wanted to make a review on the absolutely wonderful experience I had with Jenna. Most employers would only wish to have employees like her. I have been to many many salons over the years and with having curly hair there are not many people that can work with my hair. And Jenna did an absolutely amazing job and was so very kind and was very informative. Thank you so very much. I will absolutely be returning.
I had a very disappointing experience with a girl named Jenna . During my appointment, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She burned me multiple times with hot tools, and when I politely asked her to be more careful, she responded disrespectfully and muttered an insult under her breath. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and unsafe for the rest of the appointment. Customer service and professionalism were seriously lacking, and I would not recommend booking with her.
