I had a very disappointing experience with a girl named Jenna . During my appointment, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She burned me multiple times with hot tools, and when I politely asked her to be more careful, she responded disrespectfully and muttered an insult under her breath. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and unsafe for the rest of the appointment. Customer service and professionalism were seriously lacking, and I would not recommend booking with her.

This place is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The ladies are amazing. Highly recommend.
