the absolute worst gas station chain I've ever used. Terrible is a fitting name for their gas station cuz that's what it is. as a rideshare driver I often need to stop get coffee or snacks and they always have excuses why their bathrooms are closed. I'm not going to buy anything from you if I'm not even able to use the restroom either. horrible company
Went to redeem my car wash voucher to use at their car wash. The voucher doesn't work so I asked the cashier for help. She said she didn't know print it out. It says on the voucher to present to any cashier at any Terribles. Not sure who does the training but please help her help us. Thanks.
Wouldn't recommend going there. If you want to use any coupons to save money on your cigarettes won't accept mobile nor paper form. And the guy Anthony is very rude about me asking about my coupon nor could explain why. Honestly, I just feel like I interrupted him counting his cigarettes and he didn't want to stop what he was doing just to help me for a simple pack of cigarettes.

Customer service lacks here! I've had the cashiers make me wait till they were done with their game on their phone before checking me out. No sign on the outside that says no backpacks but the cashier tried to make me leave my purse backpack at the counter. Since when are women not allowed to have their purse with them???
