They flat out refused to take my money. The clerk, Carlos, said he has too many quarters. What? I need gas and this man refused my money.. is it your policy to only take the paper money? He had no problem doing that but refused to take my quarters. When we went back in 20 min later to ask his name so we could make sure we reported the right guy, he said he would take my change now.
