Terri talks unprofessionally, gossips, and performs poor results. The three procedures she performed on me all failed within 2 years. I witnessed her gaslighting on more than on occasion.
I've been going to Terri for over a decade. I have trouble getting numb, and she's very patient with me. When I moved to Olympia, I looked for someone closer, but none would do a same-day crown. It's been seven years since I moved away from Bellingham, and I won't change. Terri is worth the drive.
I went through 5 weeks of pure terror because she flippantly told me I may have cancer. Then just dismissed me. Luckily I don’t but I had to get a second opinion and a biopsy to put my mind at ease. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve been through. Avoid her at all cost. I believe she was just showing off to her staff at my cost. Before I wrote any reviews, I have alerted her office about my situation via email. Never a word. Not that I would welcome her back into my life.
Lone bright spot was young partner Elsie Nguyen. Dr Zweiber mostly gossips with her assistants. Happy to take my money, but zero follow up. Sold me a useless device that didn't fit. Ignored me after Covid closure. Good riddance.
I had to leave because she was so confrontational with me. She was rude, insulting and dismissive. She also maintains beliefs about standard dental procedures that are outside the accepted norm and is willing to lecture and shame you for disagreeing.
If you want to go to court over $37.00 then this is your doctor.
I think Dr. Zweber is a fabulous dentist. Her office runs very smoothly and they have an extremely professional attitude and atmosphere without being stuffy. Digital x-rays, relaxing environment and friendly staff all make this a great place for dental care.
