Terri was extremely helpful and honest throughout our home purchase, and taught us a lot about the home buying process. She was attentive to our needs and was resourceful. She went above and beyond what a realtor would do, making sure we settle well and has provided useful suggestions for re-modeling.

I cannot speak highly enough of Terri. If you need a realtor, don't think twice, just go with Terri! We worked with Terri to find our first home, and she made the entire process very easy. She was so helpful in sending us houses that met our budget, needs, and exact desires, and then very promptly scheduling showings. She was an expert in understanding repairs... read more

Terri Sizemore is an amazing realtor. She is friendly, kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. We felt that she constantly went out of her way to make our experience a good one. She always looked out for us to make sure that we were aware of any issues within the homes that we looked that we didn't notice ourselves, and did her best to find and recommend homes that were really a good fit for us, and to help us recognize which ones were not. Her wealth of knowledge about homes and the market was very valuable in this ... read more

Terri went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. I always felt she was looking out for my best interest while both selling my previous home and buying the lot and building my new home. Terri was quick to respond to my questions and always kept me well informed. She kept me updated on the progress of the building of my home and followed up with contractors and the builder even after I closed on the house. She is very professional, but became a good friend as well. I would highly recommend Terri Sizemore to anyone ... read more

Terri was the listing agent for our home and did an outstanding job! She represented us in an enthusiastic, professional and expert manner. She was always positive and upbeat in her approach with us. Her use of a talented, professional photographer to present our home on-line was key in showcasing our home to prospective buyers. Her comparative analysis of our home drove our marketing strategy and ultimately led to an offer above list price. Terri was responsive to our needs, kept us informed at every step in the process and... read more
