Had my first visit with Dr. Scott. Everything was great. She explained everything in a way that I understood. When it comes to body parts and diagnoses I like it out it terms I can understand without dumbing it down. Give stars Dr. Scott! I had a long wait but only because of another patient needing extra time that wasn't expected. That's going to happen from time to time. The staff will keep you up to date on what's going on.
She was my Doctor during my pregnancy and she and her staff were amazing! She is Caring, polite and professional. During the delivery she and her staff were great too! Thanks Doctor Scott !!
I love Dr. Scott. During my recent first pregnancy, she was always very chill, never rushed me, answered all my many questions, and respected my wishes for care such as not jumping quickly to a cesarean if possible. Very understanding and patient. Baby was expected late and came early so a partnering doctor on call delivered. Everything went great with healthy pregnancy and delivery. Nurse staff great. My only comment is that the primary front office staff could use a little extra warmness.
Dr Scott is probably an excellent doctor, but her communications skills are poor. She did a biopsy & promised that she would call me with the results; never got the call. I picked up a prescript with incorrect instructions. When I ask HER for written instructions, she used generic names without explaining to me. She refused to write a script for a mammogram after I told her i was moving; refused a script for migraine pills (that I had been taking for years) two months after last visit.
The front office/nursing staff are great and Dr. Scott is amazing.
Love her!! My sister and I both use her. Regular visits and for our precious cargo.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Scott and from the start I liked her and felt comfortable with her. The staff from the front desk to the nurses were also great and that usually can be a hit or miss so I was happy. Being a lesbian it's always kind of scary finding a new Dr. but everyone was very accepting which was a big relief! Another thing I loved was that you are able to schedule appointments and even get lab results online. Would recommend for sure.
Dr. Scott is amazing - I have recommended her to all of my family and friends. She has the most amazing bedside manner.
