Terri was wonderful to work with. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to respond and her patience with all our questions (from our initial indecision to sell our rental to discussing financial options for making the house more attractive given the bad time of year and high interest rates). Terri Schneider was our realtor in both selling and purchasing a new build house. Her knowledge and skill in the realty field and the market gained us more money on the house that we sold that we could ever imagine. Building a new house means that your realtor is the go between and is involved until the house closes (around 10 months for us). This was not an easy task and took alot of effort and time.
