Our experience with Dr. Crawley was deeply disappointing. She saw my daughter when she was just days old, and I found her approach to be rough, unsympathetic, and dismissive. As brand-new parents, we were already anxious and looking for reassurance, but instead we often left her office feeling uneasy and unheard. Dr.Crawley is our pediatrician since 2 years now and my 3 kids ages 2-11years love her. She's very kind super professional and always takes time to listen. Also the nurse that always takes care of us is extremely sweet.never had any bad experiences!!
I had an appointment for my son for a wells visit and I had mention on the call that I was going to postpone his vaccines, they said there was no problem I can discuss that with the doctor the day of the visit.I reminded the MA that I had mention we are going to postpone his vaccines. She stepped out of the room and she came back and said that Dr. Crawley will not see anyone ones not vaccinated. Very disappointed in this office.
