Terri, a nurse practitioner, provided me false information about my medications, didn’t pay attention to details, repeatedly displayed a bad attitude including going out of her way to reprimand me for not following her explicit instructions. She even went out of her way to get in my way when I needed her to provide INR (warfarin) clearance on a timely basis to a specialist of mine for an important procedure.
