I rarely write reviews, but I have to say Terri Fenelon and her team went above and beyond he call of duty for selling my property. They are absolutely amazing. She is fair and works to get the best deal for all parties involved, which is a near impossible task. She stuck with the process even when dealing with title issue delays, emotional parties, lawyers, and the works. She knows her stuff and how to help you buy and sell beautiful properties.
