Terri Chase will lie to save herself from the people that entrust her to sell and rent their houses. I signed a lease and she told me it was ok to pay the deposit as long as it was by 08/01/2022. Then I get an email canceling my lease for non-payment 12 days before I am to move in. Very shady - I would avoid her at all costs.
