Overall very disappointed with bedside manners, felt rushed, and unhappy with the interaction as a whole. I had to wait in the examination room about 25-30 minutes until I was seen by the NP and the entire appointment felt extremely rushed. I am concerned I was not given the proper care due to the fact the NP was behind on her appointments and did not give me the proper time and attention, neither took my concerns seriously. She took the time to review my file from several months back to get my history. She listened to my concerns, I did not feel rushed. This is what it should feel like when you go to the doctor. I felt important, not like a 15 minute rush job.
Outstanding care!
This was my first visit to this clinic. I’m glad I chose to see Terri as my provider. She explained everything very clearly and made me comfortable. I also appreciated all the help I received from the nurses here, especially Keisha (hope I am spelling that correctly), thank you for holding my hand.
