We hired the services of Terri Bias for the sale of our home and signed a Sellers Agreement on 5/12/2022, shortly after we went under contract with a closing date of 6/20/2022. Within the signed agreement, Terri outlined that she would list our home in the Charlotte market for an additional $495 fee, I agreed to pay this amount at the time.
