I was convinced that selling my Mother’s very rural house and land would take forever and I’d have to sell for less than what it was worth. Terri, however, was able to not only sell my Mother’s house for what it appraised for but she got us an offer within 30 days of listing the property. She helped arrange all of the services we needed to prep the property and drive it through to closing and was a joy to work with every step along the way. I cannot recommend her enough if you’re looking to sell your property.

This was the best experience I’ve had selling or buying home she really made sure i was in the loop with everything and answered every question promptly!!
