Failure to refer to a specialist...we've been waiting for 2 months for Terri to send a refer to a specialist for additional care. Not referring a patient in a timely matter is considered a negligence.
We switched to Terri Barrada after Eric Webb retired. I know she has recently taken on a lot of new patients. She listened to our concerns and our appointment didn't feel rushed. I also requested the do some blood work for my husband and she basically said absolutely we can do whatever you guys need to do. Just nice to have a doctor that listens and is encouraging. We got in to see her within 5 minutes. She was very personable and took care of our needs. I would definitely see her again thought she was a great doctor.
Very understandable and can tell she really cares about her patience
