I love Dr. Brogan and her office. I don't have to wait to see her and she is truly caring and attentive

I love Dr. Brogan. I’ve been a patient since 2005. She spends time with you. Never seems to act like she’s in a hurry to get to her next patient. She is caring and so professional. I would not want to see anyone else.
Easy to talk to, spends time with you and if you are ill can get an appointment quickly
For at least 11 years I had no complaints about Dr. Brogan. In 2016 when my insurance company, United Health Care, became a problem for her. In her words, "too much paperwork", not enough money, the insurance company wanted justification for tests required. An ear problem I had been seeing her for, at least 2 times, was called "chronic"and the itching and discomfort was never addressed again. I felt like I was no longer a person but an inadequate insurance payment. Not a people first doctor
