Dr Johnson is excellent. I had been having weird flashes of light that did not go away. Additionally, I felt like my vision correction was off more than it should. Dr Johnson performed additional imaging and discovered I had a torn retina and immediately referred me to a retina specialist to have it repaired. Plus, she has tolerated me as I figure out new contacts. The staff is great, especially the team up front. Super nice and friendly!!
Brought my elderly mom, First time at the Pensacola location by Palafox, not familiar with the area at all being that I live an hour away and I called The front desk to see how to get into the building since Palafox is torn up. Spoke with Amber that didn’t have any compassion or understanding that I was here told me to be mindful that they have a15 minutes late policy… seriously??? I wasn’t late by the way, but rather than being courteous and compassionate towards me, the paying customer, you tell me not to be late? Get out ... read more
