I had great experience with Dr. Jung, she helped me and listened to me kindly. I guess most complaints were about her communication, but that's the clinic problem and not her. They keep their doctors way overloaded and doesn't give them all messages to respond.

I want want to share unhappy experiences with see the doctor, it’s the first time I saw the doctor like this. I used to be see OBGYN in the Portland clinic and did excellent surgery there, so I want to see the family doctor to do annual check with Dr Jung, when I went to see the doctor in the morning, I arrived a few minutes lately, my appointment is 9:45am, I arrived at 9:52am, they are rude and said Dr Jung wouldn’t want to see me because she has another patient at 10 am, every 15 mins one patient.
